My Story

Hi, I’m Emilie

Growing up with divorced parents, and a mom who struggled to make ends meet, there was constant conflict. I learned at a young age to stay small, and not cause any more problems. I felt that I wasn’t important and that became a belief I held through most of my life. I developed an anxiety disorder in college, which kept my life even smaller. I was even scared to drive on highways at times and wouldn’t do anything outside of my comfort zone. I used alcohol to self-medicate for years.

Then I started the work on myself. I knew I was meant for something bigger than the small life I was leading. I uncovered my subconscious beliefs and the underlying commitments that were driving my life and my actions. I had gone to therapy for years, but that didn’t seem to help. I finally sought the help of a Life Coach and decided to work towards the life I really wanted. Now I am thrilled to say that I am thriving and happy!! I went through several careers (corporate accounting, realtor and salon owner), before I decided to finally align with my purpose and become a Life Coach and help people the way it helped me.

TODAY IS THE DAY TO EMBRACE CHANGE

WHAT I BELIEVE

AND WHY I CHOSE LIFE COACHING

I believe that we can all have the life we truly desire, and the life we are meant to live. We don’t have to suffer.

I believe that the power is in our thoughts, beliefs, choices and actions. And I believe that sometimes support is needed.

I chose to be a Life Coach because I want to help women live their best lives. I want people to know how amazing they are, just as they are.

I LOVE going deep and finding out why we do the things we do, or don’t do. I love when people have ah-ha moments and start seeing changes in themselves.

My coaching sessions serve as a safe place for women to get out of their busy day-to-day lives and come back to themselves in the present moment and acknowledge what really matters.

I absolutely love this work.

  • “The most important journey that you’ll ever take is from the head to the heart.”

    — Ram Dass

  • “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be?“

    — Marianne Williamson

  • “There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.”

    — Albert Einstein
