Hi! I’m Emilie. As a Certified Life Coach, I help women gain clarity on vision and take inspired action towards a life they love. We’ll get you out of your head and into your heart to uncover and dissolve obstacles and let go of old beliefs that are keeping you stuck.
WHY LIFE COACHING
A number of studies have revealed that coaching is an effective and efficient way to make change and reach goals. It offers a framework for commitment, accountability and support. Coaching helps to identify thought patterns that are holding you back and identifies strengths, as well as invites new insights, and fresh perspectives.

I “should” have been happy with the nice house, the husband, the kids, and the good career but I found myself numbing with wine every night just to make it to the next day, to do the same thing over again. I was anxious all the time. I knew there had to be more to life. I tried therapy, but that didn’t work for me. Then I found Life Coaching. My life started to make sense and I was moving in the right direction, finally. I found my authentic self again. It has changed my life and now I know my purpose it to help other women who felt just like me.

Many of us feel like we are not enough. This stems from beliefs formed in childhood. We also tend to associate our worthiess with outside circumstances, however we are all whole and inherently worthy. We will build that belief up again.
